If you are having trouble scanning your stores QR Codes, it could be for a couple of reasons, but mostly likely due to design elements.

Here are the top reasons why you're QR Codes aren't working properly:

Make sure the logo or text(sentence), does not obstruct important elements of the QR Code.
Make sure the background is lighter than the foreground. (For example: A white QR Code on a black background may not be readable by all scanners). There should be a significant contrast between the QR Code’s foreground and background.
Make sure the QR Code’s size is appropriate for the scan distance (in general, Dynamic QR Codes should be no smaller than 2 x 2 cm (.8 x .8 in), and Static QR Codes should be no smaller than 3 x 3 cm (1.2 x 1.2 in)).
